After a layoff
Your next job, on your terms
Losing a job is hard. These tools are free and use real job data. If your former employer invited you to a JobRipe transition programme, you also get priority alerts and an optional talent pool.
Your account is yours
Your former employer may pay for a programme, but they never see your name, whether you joined, what you search for or where you apply. They see only anonymised totals for the whole group, never for fewer than five people. You can leave at any time and keep your account.

Questions
My former employer sent me an invite. What can they see?
Only anonymised totals for the whole group, and only once at least five people have joined: how many have a saved plan, are interviewing or have found a role, rounded. Never your name, whether you joined, your searches or your applications.
Do I have to use my work email?
No. Use any email address for your own account. The invite link works once, with whichever account you sign in to.
What is the alumni talent pool?
An optional list other employers on JobRipe can search. They see your skills, role and location, with no name or contact, and can send an intro request. Your details are shared only if you accept. You can leave any time.
Is any of this paid for me?
No. The tools on this page are free for everyone. A transition programme adds priority alerts and the talent pool, paid for by the employer.
