Terms of use

JobRipe is a job search service. We gather job openings from employers' own hiring systems and from public job boards, check them for signs of scams, and help you find, apply to and keep track of jobs. Employers can also post jobs here and find candidates.

We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, and we don't guarantee that you will get an interview or a job, or that an employer will hire through JobRipe. Employers make their own decisions.

• You must be at least 18 if you live in India, and at least 16 elsewhere, and old enough to work where you are looking for work.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Employer accounts must represent a real organisation you are allowed to act for.
• You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Most listings come straight from employers' own hiring systems and are re-checked regularly; listings from public job boards are labelled with their source. We work hard to remove fake and closed jobs, but we can't guarantee that every listing is accurate, still open, or genuine. Salary, location and other details come from the employer.

Protect yourself: a real employer will never ask you to pay to apply, buy equipment, or send money. If a job asks for payment or something feels wrong, stop, check it with the scam checker, and tell us at support@jobripe.com or through the Contact page.

When a job sends you to another website to apply, that website's own terms apply there.

• Your profile and applications must be truthful. Don't claim experience, qualifications or rights to work that you don't have.
• AI features (resume tailoring, cover letters, interview preparation, resume reading and the help assistant) give suggestions that can be wrong. Review everything before you send it; you are responsible for your applications.
• Auto-apply is optional and off unless you switch it on. When it is on, you authorise us to send applications on your behalf, using your approved profile and note, only to jobs posted on JobRipe that meet the match level you set. You can switch it off at any time. We never submit applications for you on other companies' websites.
• If you make your profile visible to recruiters, they may contact you through JobRipe. Your contact details are shared only if you accept an invitation.

• Post only real, current vacancies that you are authorised to fill, with honest pay, location and requirements.
• Never charge candidates any fee, and never use JobRipe to collect money, sell products, or gather personal data for anything other than recruiting.
• Follow the employment, equal-opportunity and data protection laws that apply to you. Don't discriminate unlawfully.
• Use candidate information only to recruit for real roles, keep it secure, and don't contact candidates outside JobRipe unless they have shared their details with you.
• We may edit, hide or remove a listing that breaks these rules, looks like a scam, or harms job seekers, and may close the account behind it.

• Post anything illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate a person or company, or misrepresent who you work for.
• Scrape, copy or resell job listings or profiles in bulk, or access JobRipe with automated tools beyond normal use of the site, except search engines indexing public pages.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages to other users.

• Prices, what each plan includes and its limits are shown on the pricing and employer pricing pages, in your local currency where available, including any taxes we must collect.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, payments are not refunded for partly used periods.
• The free Pro trial is available once per person, needs no card, and ends automatically unless you choose to pay.
• We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your resume, profile and job posts. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run JobRipe for you, for example showing your job post to job seekers or your application to the employer you apply to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already sent to someone at your request.

The JobRipe name, logo, design, software and our own content (such as guides, tools and salary insights) belong to us. You may use JobRipe for your own job search or hiring, but not copy or reuse our content or software for other purposes without permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for fraud, and we may remove content that does. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why. You can stop using JobRipe at any time.

We provide JobRipe with reasonable care and skill, but the service is provided “as is”: we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that listings, match scores, salary figures or AI suggestions are complete or correct.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the decisions or conduct of employers, recruiters or other users, for losses caused by listings or websites we don't control, or for indirect losses such as lost income or opportunities. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the equivalent of USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited, or our responsibility for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms as JobRipe changes. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell signed-in users in advance. If you keep using JobRipe after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where JobRipe's operator is established. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@jobripe.com; most things can be sorted out quickly. If you are a consumer, you can also use the courts and consumer protections of the country where you live.
