Every plan includes screening questions, the applicant pipeline, status updates sent to candidates, all recruiter tools, and free search of the candidate database. Pay for more active jobs, featured placement and contact unlocks.

Questions

What is a featured job?: A featured job is shown first in matching searches and on the homepage for 14 days, with a Featured label. Each plan includes featured credits every month.
What counts as an active job?: A job that is open. Close a job and the slot is free again. Jobs we read from your own hiring system (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and others) never count.
What is a contact unlock?: Some candidates choose to share their email, phone, links and resume with recruiters. Unlocking one of them uses one of your plan's monthly unlocks, then a credit from an unlock pack. Unlocking the same person again is free.
Can I reach candidates who don't share contact details?: Yes, with a free invite. They see your company and message and decide whether to accept; their details are shared with you only if they do. Anonymous candidates never show their name until they accept.
Do unlock packs expire?: No. Pack credits stay on your account until you use them, on any plan, and are only used once your monthly unlocks run out.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?: Yes. Choose a plan and send an upgrade request; we email an invoice and switch the plan on when it is paid. Enterprise is always invoiced.
Can I cancel?: Any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Open jobs above the Free limit stay open but you cannot post new ones.
Do candidates pay anything?: Never. Job seekers use everything free, and we never charge applicants.
Who do I talk to about a plan?: Email support@jobripe.com. We reply within two working days, and can set up invoicing or an Enterprise plan.
