Transparency report

JobRipe publishes employee reviews, interview experiences and answers from verified employees. This page shows, month by month, how much was submitted, what our moderators held, published or declined, and how fast we handled requests to take content down.

We publish it voluntarily. India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ask significant social media intermediaries to publish monthly compliance reports; we follow the same idea because people deciding where to work deserve to know how reviews are handled. Every number is counted from our records — a month with nothing to report shows 0.
