For employers · layoff support
Help the people you let go find their next job
A JobRipe transition programme gives each person a private account with real job-search help. You pay per seat. Their data stays theirs.
Our privacy promise
Each person joins with their own JobRipe account and their data belongs to them. You will see only anonymised totals: invites sent, seats used, and, once at least five people have joined, rounded percentages with a saved career plan, interviewing and placed (as each person reports it). You will never see names, who joined, searches, applications or any individual activity.
What each person gets
A career-switch plan
Nearby roles less exposed to AI or growing, the skills to add, and free or government-funded training.
Priority job alerts
Their alerts sent the moment a match appears, and an “open to work” profile.
Resume and cover-letter help
Match a resume to any job and get tailored suggestions.
Offer and take-home checks
See where an offer sits against advertised pay, and what it leaves after tax.
Fractional and project work
Part-time and project roles, a common bridge after a layoff.
An optional talent pool
Other employers can find them, only if they opt in, with no contact until they accept.
How it works
1. Create a programme
Name it, choose the number of seats and an end date. Confirm your work email first, so people know the invite is really from you.
2. Pay per seat
By card, or ask for an invoice. Seats switch on once paid.
3. Invite by email
Each person gets one private link. They join with their own JobRipe account, new or existing, using any email address they like.
4. Follow the totals
Seats used and, once enough people have joined, rounded percentages with a plan, interviewing and placed.
Questions
Can we see who joined or what they do?
No. You see invites sent, seats used and, once at least five people have joined, rounded percentages for the whole group. Never names, who joined, searches, applications or anything about one person.
Where do the interviewing and placed figures come from?
Each person can say where they are (still looking, interviewing, found a role, taking a break). The figures are what they report, nothing more.
What happens when the programme ends?
The person keeps their JobRipe account and everything in it. It was always theirs.
Can other employers hire them?
Only if they choose to join the alumni talent pool. Employers then see skills, role and location, with no name or contact until the person accepts an intro request. They can leave the pool any time.
Do you share our company name?
The invite says who paid for it. The talent pool never says which company someone left.
