Why this role matters:
As a Senior Accountant, you'll sit at the heart of a fast-moving, international finance organization and help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of ICEYE's financial operations as the company scales. You'll be a key contributor to the monthly group closing and consolidation process, with real ownership over journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and subsidiary oversight, and the chance to help shape our financial processes as ICEYE's global footprint grows.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, India, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany and the US. The company has more than 1600 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.

Collaborate closely with Business Finance, Engineering, Global Manufacturing, and other teams to ensure accurate financial data, alignment on business activities, and timely information flow.
Drive standardisation and scalability of general ledger processes in a rapidly expanding multinational environment, promoting consistency, efficiency, and quality across entities.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate risks before they materialise.
Support the development and optimisation of NetSuite by contributing to design requirements, configuration improvements, workflow enhancements, and testing activities.
Assist with year-end audit activities, providing accurate documentation and timely explanations
