Your main responsibility will be to sign up new business for Microsoft licensing solutions, including Microsoft 365, Office licenses, and related cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through your personal/professional network.
- Promote Microsoft licensing products, including Microsoft 365, Office, and cloud solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Present solutions to clients and explain licensing options and benefits.
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure accurate quoting and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (commission-based rewards).
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and report on progress.
Requirements
- No formal sales experience required — must have a strong network or the ability to build one quickly.
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Office, Teams, Microsoft 365) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Access to a phone and internet to communicate with clients.
What We Offer
- Commission-only structure — unlimited earning potential.
- High-demand product offering with strong market relevance.
- Full training and support on Microsoft licensing.
- Flexible working hours — work from anywhere.
- Opportunity to grow into long-term partnerships or extended roles.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who is hungry to earn, loves talking to people, and isn’t afraid to reach out to their network. You should be someone who thrives on opportunity and enjoys the challenge of closing new business.
