In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for…
We are hiring a Merchandising Consultant to lead pricing and promotion engagements across both implementation projects and ongoing service delivery. This is a hybrid role: you will configure our platform end to end and bring real merchandising judgment to the customers you work with. It is not a pure advisory seat, and it is not a pure technical seat.
What makes this role different
The hard part of this job is not the configuration. Our platform is UI-driven, and you will have technical consultants backing you on anything that lives in the database or the backend. The hard part is guiding the customer to a better way of working.
Your job is to understand the customer’s strategy and implement our tool according to that strategy, not according to the workarounds they have lived with for years. That means walking in with an opinion. When a category manager asks “what do you expect us to do here?” you should have a recommendation, grounded in how the work gets done.
To do that well, you need to have lived the day-to-day yourself. You should understand the tradeoffs a category manager, pricing analyst, or promo planner works within, the tensions they manage, and where the friction sits. This role is built on practitioner capability.
What you’ll do
What we’re looking for
Required: hands-on merchandising experience. This is the core of the role.
Nice to have
Where this role can go
As you build a track record, the natural path is to take on broader advisory responsibility for one or more customers, becoming their trusted voice on merchandising strategy. The deeper your practitioner judgment and the more fluent you become at building fast with AI tooling, the more impact you will have.
What we offer in return
You’ll be supported and given the space to thrive. We offer meaningful work, flexibility, and a culture that backs you to share your voice and be authentic.
