Go-To-Market Associate (UK)

About us

Hey there! We're Lleverage, and we're making the Autonomous Back Office actually achievable for businesses. We enable European companies to integrate AI agents into their business, because AI is only useful when it actually fits into daily operations.

We help the most strategic European industries – manufacturing, logistics, and wholesale – automate the messy, manual processes that most tools can’t handle.

We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed scale-up based in Amsterdam, with big ambitions for 2027 and beyond. This is your chance to join early, have real impact, and grow alongside the company. If that sounds something you want to help build, we'd love to have you on board!

About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Go-To-Market Associate who will be the engine of our commercial team. As part of the top 1% of Commercial talents globally, you'll combine systematic prospecting with creative outreach to build relationships with decision-makers who need AI solutions.

This is not a classic sales role. We're looking for a builder with a commercial brain and an enormous drive, someone who combines hustle, strategic creativity, and genuine curiosity about what makes businesses tick. You will work in close tandem with our UK GTM lead to help us expand in the UK. You will be based in Amsterdam, but you will need to travel the UK once per month.

You might come from a classic sales background, or you might have built your commercial instincts in a completely different arena. What matters far more than your CV is your drive, your entrepreneurial instinct, and the kind of work ethic that makes people wonder how you get so much done.

In a single day you might: map a new industry vertical for outreach opportunities, run a consultative discovery call with a Head of Operations at a manufacturing company, develop a proposal for a new channel, follow up on an active deal in scoping, and draft a business case for entering a completely new market.

You won't have a large team behind you. You will have full autonomy, meaningful equity, direct access to the founding team, and the freedom to experiment with what works.

Why Lleverage?

• Change the world, literally: 2026 is the year AI works, and Lleverage has the best AI platform (according to industry veterans)

• Work, learn, have fun: You'll be part of a top-notch commercial team that operates at the highest level of performance

• Build a unique network: Connect with decision-makers and operational leaders across traditional industries who are eager to implement AI solutions

• Get autonomy & ownership: Design your own strategies and own your pipeline development

• Compensation: We pay top of market cash and equity, with compensation tied to the pipeline value you create

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Identify, research, and qualify high-value prospects across target industries and company sizes

• Strategic Outreach: Create personalized, multi-touch campaigns that cut through the noise and generate genuine interest

• Own your Pipeline: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and close new customers

• Commercial Strategy: Help build the commercial strategy with the GTM team

• Market Intelligence: Gather insights on prospect pain points, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform our sales strategy

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on messaging and ideal customer profiles

• Innovation: Leverage AI tools and creative approaches to scale your prospecting impact beyond traditional BDR methods

Job specific requirements

• You have a commercial mindset and a track record of making things happen, but that doesn't have to mean years of quota-carrying sales experience. Maybe you've built something yourself. Maybe you've been the person who always found a way to grow a customer base, a community, or a business from scratch. Maybe you've never had the title but you've always done the job.

• You're a self-starter who doesn't wait for a brief. You identify the opportunity, build the plan, and execute without someone looking over your shoulder.

• You're an excellent relationship builder. You win trust fast, communicate with confidence at all levels, and genuinely enjoy the process of turning a cold conversation into a long-term partnership.

• You're energised by ambiguity. New markets with no playbook, industries you haven't worked in before, channels nobody has tried - these excite you rather than stop you.

• You're commercially sharp and consultative. You understand that the best outcomes come from genuinely understanding someone's pain, not pitching a product. You listen well and use data to shape your priorities.

• Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm and systematic follow-up

• Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and AI-powered prospecting platforms; Hubspot, Clay, Lemlist.

• English-native (or C2) speaker

• You have 0-2 years of experience excelling in a high performance work environment such as top-tier professional services (Consulting, Investment Banking), or selling at high growth B2B-startup(s)

Nice to haves

• Former Founder - 50% of our team are former founders. That tells you something.

• Background in PE, Consulting, Investment Banking (high pace environment)

• Experience selling to or working with industrial companies

• Understanding of AI applications in business processes

• Previous work in a high-growth startup environment
