International Account Executive (French and Dutch speaking)

At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 countries.

How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. Our Focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. Right now, that means opening up French-speaking markets, and we need someone who wants to turn a blank map into real customers, starting in Belgium.

This is what you'll do
You’ll take Dyflexis into French-speaking markets, starting with Belgium. This is a hunting role: most days you’re prospecting cold, picking up the phone, and starting conversations with people who’ve never heard of us and building the partnerships that turn into new business. You'll report to our Head of Sales, Max, and work alongside both Lily and Michał, on the international sales team.

You'll own the full sales cycle yourself, from that first cold call to the signed contract. We’ll point you toward our existing network of clients when there’s an opening, but the bulk of your pipeline is yours to build. If you get a kick out of the unknown and want to put Dyflexis on the map in a market that doesn’t know us yet.

• Prospect and open new accounts in French-speaking markets through cold calls, emails, and outbound campaigns.

• Qualify leads, run demos, and negotiate deals through signature.

• Tap into our existing client network for warm introductions when the fit is there.

• Travel to meet prospects, attend industry events, and build relationships face to face when it helps close a deal.

This is what you'll need

• Fluent in French and Dutch. This one is non-negotiable. English and other languages are a plus.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or other complex, consultative selling.

• Experience selling into the Belgian market.

• A hunter mentality. You’d rather build a pipeline from scratch than work on a handed-down list, and you are comfortable owning a full sales cycle from end to end.

• Open to travelling regularly when a deal, event, or client calls for it.

• Based in the Netherlands, and willing to work from our HQ in The Hague.

What you'll get

At Dyflexis, you'll be part of an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused team. We offer:

• Fixed base salary from €4,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week (experience based) plus a performance based bonus.

• Company car for business (and private) use.

• Personal development budget to level up your skills.

• 25 vacation days plus your birthday off in exchange for cake.

• An in-house chef surprising you daily with fresh lunch.

• The best parties, drinks and trips (Winter sports, Ibiza and more).

• Membership at ARJ Training boxing gym (home of champion Tarik and Levi Rigters).

• Solid pension plan and 8% holiday allowance.

• Buy or sell vacation days, you decide.

• Travel allowance and WFH compensation.

• Friday chair massages to kick off your weekend.
