As part of an SoC validation team, the candidate will be required to perform LPDDR/DDR functional validation of various SoC products. The validation may include controller level and sub-system level directed or stress testing and may be performed on various platforms such as pre-silicon emulation models and post-silicon validation boards. The validation may also include LPDDR interface and protocol validation under process/voltage/temperature conditions. The candidate will be expected to understand overall SoC architecture and various SoC components in general and LPDDR/DDR in particular. The candidate will develop test plans from design specifications, develop test content, execute and collect test results, and debug any test failures. The candidate will also be expected to work effectively with various validation partners and customers such as designers, verification team, software team, product engineering, and customers.
