About the role....

Do you love considering how different aspects of Software and Systems interact and integrate with each other? Enjoy ferreting out information, connecting the dots and ensuring the IT solutions meet the business needs? Happy rolling up your sleeves to find creative solutions, untangle historic situations and uphold security regulations. Then read on!

This role will suit an inquisitive Business relationship Manager who can bridge the gap between IT solution providers and the Production floor users. The scope is manufacturing, but requests can be very diverse : one day supporting server obsolescence / upgrade, the other day installation of a business tool, the day after supporting tool interface issues.

How you will contribute to the team…

• Act as shopfloor systems consultant and collaborate with the digital department
• Develop a solid understanding of the Production business processes, identify key performance drivers, success metrics, and the strategic roadmap (short term and long term) for the business and its enabling technologies.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions. Pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or gaps and propose solutions that align with strategy, ensuring feasibility, traceability, scalability, interoperability, and compliance meeting

About you?

• A willingness and curiosity to learn new technology, solutions and products.
• Pragmatic, solutions based mindset. Experience of prioritising tasks based on information rather than how loud someone is being
• Background in managing one of the following into a manufacturing environment: ERP, Windchill, 3DX, Delmia, Apriso
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business value
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams (IT, operations, engineering, security). Comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Not a 100% match? No worries! Airbus supports your personal growth with customised development solutions.
