Additional Qualifications- 10+ years in technology strategy, architectural advisory, or management consulting, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into quantifiable ROI.
- Industry Gravitas: Recognized standing in the tech industry, backed by strong C-level advisor relationships (preferably within FSI, Manufacturing, or Public Sector)
- Adaptability & Drive: High resilience and agility, with experience executing modern change management in rapidly evolving environments.
Core Requirements- Language Fluency: Boardroom-level Japanese (Native/Fluent) and professional-level English (for regional APAC reporting).
- Collaboration & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Mobility: Flexibility to travel between domestic Japan enterprise hubs as needed, and ability to travel internationally if required.
- Location: Onsite position in Tokyo Office (Tamachi)
