Account Executive

Lattice is a people success platform that helps companies build high-performing, engaged teams. Since launching in 2016, we have grown to serve more than 5,000 customers globally, including Loom, Robinhood, and Gusto.

We’re hiring a driven and consultative Mid-Market Account Executive to help accelerate Lattice’s next phase of growth. This is an opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing complex sales cycles, and are energised by building strong customer relationships.

At Lattice, sales goes beyond merely pitching a vision or closing deals; it’s about crafting exceptional experiences and building meaningful partnerships with our customers. As an Account Executive, you’ll become a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders by developing deep expertise in the Lattice Talent Suite and broader trends across People Strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong outbound discipline, operates with urgency and ownership, and enjoys navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.

What You Will Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Mid-Market organisations, delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business goals.
• Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, which represents a critical driver of success in the role.
• Build and maintain a healthy, disciplined pipeline through strong follow-up, deal management, and forecasting hygiene.
• Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to uncover business-level challenges and goals.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders and buying groups throughout the sales process.
• Position Lattice’s solutions through a consultative sales approach tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the HR technology landscape, industry trends, and Lattice’s competitive positioning to guide customers through the buying process.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, curiosity, accountability, and an eagerness to learn.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Proven track record in generating new business and surpassing sales and pipeline generation targets.
• 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A high sense of ownership and accountability; you proactively manage your business and don't require close oversight to maintain momentum.
• An experimental mindset and eagerness to leverage AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, move faster, and improve execution.
• High coachability, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine desire to continually hone your craft.
• Passion for Lattice’s mission and alignment with our values: Ship Shipmate Self, Clear Eyes, Own the Outcome, and What’s Next?

If you’re a proactive, results-driven sales professional ready to make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a team that’s redefining the future of sales and customer experience at Lattice.
