How to find jobs that sponsor visas
How to tell from a posting whether a company sponsors, which countries and sectors sponsor most, and how to raise it in the process.

Read the posting
Many postings now state it outright: 'visa sponsorship available' or, more often, 'we are unable to sponsor'. We detect both and show a badge on every job, plus a filter and a dedicated page of sponsoring roles.
Where sponsorship is common
Software and data roles at larger tech companies in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and Singapore. Healthcare in the UK, Australia and the Gulf. Remote-first companies that hire in many countries often avoid the question entirely by employing you where you are.
When to raise it
If the posting is silent, ask at the first recruiter call, factually: 'I'll need sponsorship — is that something the team can support for this role?' Asking late wastes everyone's time and gets more offers withdrawn than asking early.
Questions people ask
Should I apply to jobs that say 'no sponsorship'?
Usually not; the policy is set above the hiring manager. Spend the time on roles that say yes or are silent.
Does remote work remove the need for a visa?
If the company can employ you in your current country, yes — many use employer-of-record services for this. Ask whether they hire in your location.
