Conduct deep visual and web research to stay ahead of design trends and set new standards across our products
Collaborate closely with product, content, and QA teams to ensure designs are not only beautiful but technically excellent - performant, accessible, and responsive

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
A fast learner - self-motivated, highly independent, detail-oriented, and able to find creative and technical solutions in new environments
Flexible and cross-functional, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Hands-on experience with Wix or comparable advanced web platforms (Webflow, Framer, etc.) - a plus
