About Us
For 40 years, Encore Corporate Travel has helped CFOs, CPOs, and travel leaders reimagine business travel—simpler, smarter, and more personal.
With 24/7 Traveler Services, proprietary technology, proactive program management, and integrated Meetings & Events, Encore delivers clarity, control, and care across every experience.
As a proudly woman-owned, independent company, Encore moves fast, solves harder problems, and grows with intention, never compromising on the personalized service that sets it apart.
A VIP travelerdoes not want to be asked twice.
The windowseat booked without a reminder. The hotel loyalty number applied before theythink to mention it. The connection they hate, avoided on instinct becausesomeone remembered the last three times it went wrong. That is not service. That is being known, and it is the difference between an agent and a resource.
VIP CorporateTravel Agents at Encore exist because being known does not happen by accident.Dedicated and complex accounts do not land with this role because policyrequires it. They land because the traveler learned, itinerary after itinerary, that their preferences are never an afterthought here.
The Role
As a VIP Corporate Travel Agent, you manage new bookings and changes across air, hotel, rail, and car for Encore's most demanding travel clients: name changes, date shifts, itinerary rebuilds, all handled inside the client's travel policy and inside the traveler's expectations. You carry sensitive, private information with the same care every time, not just when someone is watching.
This is not a booking role. It is a relationship role wearing an agent's title.
What You'll Do
Own every VIP itinerary, start to finish. You book and rebuild international air, hotel, rail, and car reservations, and you do it fluently in the loyalty programs that matter to the traveler holding the ticket.
Protect what's sensitive and keep it compliant. You complete document verification and pre-check for every traveler in your care, advise on entry requirements before they're asked about, and keep every reservation inside the client's policy without being told twice.
Anticipate before they ask. You learn each traveler's preferences and hold them across every booking. An air request with a night away from home is an opening to offer the right hotel, not an afterthought. You close the loop other agents leave open.
Raise the standard for the team. You're a resource to your colleagues, not just your travelers. You answer questions before they're fully asked, and you share the tips and tricks that turn a good file into a clean one. Dedicated and complex accounts land with you because that reputation is earned, one file at a time.

Who Thrives Here
The travelers Encore's VIP agents serve are busy, well-informed, and unforgiving of friction. They will not explain their preferences twice. They want someone who already has the answer ready, not someone still looking for it.
The agents who thrive in this role take that personally, in the best way. They close a file only when it's actually closed. They treat a colleague's question as worth answering fully, because the next complex account might land on that colleague's desk instead of theirs.
If precision and anticipation are how you measure a good day at work, this is where that gets rewarded.
