- Customer Activations – GA’s
- Customer Activations – Base
- Airtime & Bundle purchase – Customer Initiated
- P2P – On-net, Off-net & IMT Outbound
- Paybills, Loans, Savings & Virtual Card
- Cash-Out – marketing of channels
- Loyalty & Rewards Programs
- Responsible for CLM / Customer Value Management
