Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer: React.js / Next.js / Node.js

Einleitung

React / Next.js / Node.js / TypeScript / Cloud Architecture

Hamburg | Equity Included

Most engineering roles want “good developers”.

This one does not.

This role is for people who build systems others consider impossible. For engineers who see patterns in complexity, who design clean architectures under pressure, who question defaults and then outperform them.

A hyper-scaling tech company with a category-defining platform is searching for a rare kind of Fullstack Engineer: someone who combines deep technical mastery with architectural intuition, rapid execution, and the ability to think far beyond feature boundaries.

If you’re one of the few who genuinely stand out, you’ll feel at home here.

What Makes This Role Unique

• You’ll work in the core engineering group that pushes the platform to its next scale level.
• Your architectural decisions will have immediate product and business impact.
• You’ll solve challenges without templates, problems no one has solved yet.
• You get real equity, because people at this level shape the company’s trajectory.

This is not for developers who want comfort.

This is for those who want challenge, autonomy, and mastery.
