Job Description
Ready to fuel the success of globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, and Oral-B? Do you want to be part of the innovation and technological advancement of products used every day by millions of the world’s consumers? Want to work for a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?
Then apply for an industrial placement in Supply Chain at P&G, where you’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring our world-class brands are available to consumers every single day. We are proud to be recognised by Gartner as one of the four Supply Chain Masters, a distinction that recognises our long-standing excellence and legacy.
What To Expect:
During your placement, you will dive head-first into the world of Supply Chain at P&G, discovering what it entails and determining if it’s the right fit for you. We’re searching for passionate interns ready to drive the future of supply chain excellence. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, focusing on cutting-edge automation, advanced analytics, and powerful insights that revolutionise how our products reach consumers and shine on store shelves. Picture yourself as a project leader for new product launches or eye-catching promotional displays in stores, a forecasting expert for some of the world’s most iconic brands, or the key supply chain partner for some of the UK's largest retailers.
Our industrial placement in P&G Supply Chain is designed to fully immerse you in the fast-paced and challenging environment we thrive in. You will be entrusted with real technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute over the course of your placement with us. From your first day, you’ll be part of a diverse, collaborative team, empowered to deliver impactful results that matter. If you’re committed to leading, hungry to learn and tackle challenges, and passionate to win – all while aspiring to build a career at P&G – then this placement is for you!
We have placement openings available in Weybridge (our UK Head Office, an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office), Harrogate, Newcastle and Skelmersdale.
What You Will Gain:
- Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
- Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary for this 12-month placement is £31,500. On top of this you’ll enjoy the option of a range of benefits including a competitive double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, participation in a stock ownership scheme, and your very own ‘Flex4Me’ Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
- Full Time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.
