What you’ll do:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain team, ensuring wards and departments receive the materials and products they need.

• Manage goods receipting processes, checking deliveries and ensuring products are accurately received and allocated to the correct departments.

• Receive, check and replenish materials management stock, identifying and reporting any discrepancies promptly.

• Carry out accurate inventory cycle counts and stock control activities to maintain agreed stock levels across the hospital.

• Liaise with suppliers regarding product recalls, returns and delivery issues, while supporting monthly, quarterly and annual stock counts.

What you’ll bring:

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing stock and inventory processes.

• Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
