This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Performance Marketing Manager based in Brazil.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building multi-channel demand generation programs that accelerate Mid-Market audiences and priority accounts through the buying journey. You’ll own programs end to end, from strategy and campaign development through execution, testing, measurement, and optimization. The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, ABM/ABX, marketing automation, analytics, and creative. You’ll use data and customer signals to identify funnel opportunities and turn them into measurable pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Data Operations, and other cross-functional teams in a global technology environment. This is an opportunity to have meaningful influence on marketing strategy and execution while serving as a senior resource for other marketers.
Own a portfolio of always-on, campaign-connected, and emerging demand generation programs designed to move priority accounts and audiences toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
Diagnose where audiences and accounts are stalled across the buying journey and develop targeted programs to accelerate progression and improve conversion.
Plan, build, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel programs spanning demand generation, lifecycle marketing, account-based initiatives, owned-channel nurture, and signal-based plays.
Lead lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back programs while balancing them with broader demand generation and account-growth priorities.
Partner with campaign leads to develop audience progression strategies and translate those strategies into effective marketing programs.
Build and deploy programs using marketing automation platforms, ensuring accurate setup, testing, QA, tracking, and execution.
Monitor funnel velocity, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI to identify opportunities for optimization.
Develop structured testing plans and conduct A/B testing in collaboration with analytics teams, using evidence to scale, modify, or discontinue programs.
Analyze campaign data, data mapping, program logic, and performance results to support informed marketing decisions.
Develop detailed program and creative briefs and coordinate execution with copywriters, designers, developers, and agency partners.
Manage program timelines, budgets, tracking requirements, legal and compliance reviews, deployment, and results reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Segment Marketing, Data Operations, Analytics, Creative, and external agencies.
Act as a senior resource for marketers on progression strategy, testing discipline, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
Identify and launch signal-based programs when new opportunities emerge, including during active campaign periods.
Leverage AI-assisted marketing and campaign technologies to improve execution, efficiency, and program performance.
6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C multi-channel demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related discipline.
Strong understanding of demand generation, customer acquisition, account growth, and funnel progression strategies.
Demonstrated ability to identify funnel or account-level challenges and translate those insights into targeted, measurable marketing programs.
Proven experience planning, executing, and measuring lifecycle campaigns, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
Hands-on experience with Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, or an equivalent marketing automation platform is required.
Working knowledge of account-based marketing/account-based experience (ABM/ABX) and intent-data platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience with data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, testing, conversion analysis, and ROI measurement.
Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple complex priorities.
Understanding of creative best practices and experience collaborating with creative teams.
Comfortable operating in both structured, planned environments and fast-moving situations where new opportunities emerge.
Excellent prioritization, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence outcomes without direct people-management responsibility.
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is preferred.
Experience launching signal-based or account-based programs is preferred.
Exposure to AI-assisted campaign or marketing technologies is a plus.
Experience serving as a senior resource or advisor to campaign, lifecycle, or marketing automation teams is a plus.
Compensation: $1,700–$3,250 USD per month.
Work arrangement: Fully remote/telecommute.
Location eligibility: Open to candidates based in Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile, or Colombia.
Employment type: Full-time contractor.
Contract duration: Through July 31, 2027.
Opportunity to own high-impact demand generation programs from strategy through execution and optimization.
Direct influence on pipeline growth across Mid-Market audiences and priority accounts.
Exposure to demand generation, lifecycle marketing, ABM/ABX, marketing automation, analytics, creative, and AI-assisted marketing technology.
Senior individual contributor scope with meaningful influence over marketing practices and program strategy.
Collaboration with highly cross-functional teams in a global technology and SaaS environment.
