You'll shape the design direction of a strategic AI product that shapes large data sets to accelerate and optimize an organization's AI system. As a Sr. Staff Designer on the AI/ML team, you'll operate at multiple levels: thinking strategically about where the products should go while staying hands-on with the actual design work. These products are still early and evolving, which means you're not just refining existing patterns — you're helping define what they become. Your design decisions become the foundation the team builds on.
