As a remote-first organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Kobie values meaningful in-person connection and collaboration that strengthens our teams, supports our clients, and enhances our culture. While travel requirements vary by role, periodic travel may be required to support business objectives, team collaboration, customer engagements, training, and company events. Candidates should be able and willing to travel as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
About the team and what we'll build together
You're the reason our clients' loyalty programs run like clockwork. As Sr. Account Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations across one or more of Kobie's retail accounts, own client communication and coordination, and rally cross-functional teams to deliver on every commitment. This is where great Client Services careers are built.
In the Retail Vertical, this means:
You'll partner with some of the most recognized names in retail, where loyalty is a frontline growth engine. Programs run across stores, apps, and ecommerce, and members expect every point, offer, and reward to work seamlessly wherever they shop. You'll navigate high-volume promotional calendars, peak seasons where execution can't miss, program models from tiers to co-brand cards to paid memberships, and a fiercely competitive market where every retailer is fighting for share of wallet. The work moves fast, the stakes are visible, and the results show up in the business.
How you will make an impact
Day-to-day client partnership: Be the client's primary contact for program management, with proactive communication and a planning cadence they can count on.
Flawless execution: Turn account plans and roadmaps into delivered work, on time and with excellence, and keep every commitment visible.
Program operations: Manage program configuration such as earn rules and logic, and support offer planning, measurement, and reporting.
Cross-functional coordination: Guide Kobie and client teams across workstreams, set clear expectations, and follow through until the work lands.
Early signals: Spot risk, shifting priorities, and unmet needs, and raise them before they become issues.
Commercial support: Track contract milestones and support accurate, on-time billing.
What you need to be successful
5+ years in marketing, loyalty, or account management, ideally client-facing.
Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without losing the detail.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Ability to travel up to 15%
Retail industry experience
SaaS or loyalty platform experience, plus CRM and promotional marketing.
