About the role
Cross Border Talents is hiring Spanish-speaking Phone Customer Service Advisors for a remote role in Greece, supporting a leading consumer services project. If you excel at phone-based communication and love helping people, this is the right opportunity for you!
No prior experience is required and you will be provided with initial company-paid training period to better equip you for the job!
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with a variety of requests
- Provide clear product and service information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling
Requirements:
- Fluent-level Spanish (C2), spoken and written
- Strong English (B2)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Advanced technical knowledge or ability to learn quickly
- Available to work flexible shifts
Documents required:
- high school diploma
- birth certificate
- a EU member state citizenship or a valid residence & work permit for Greece
