• Process Innovation: Continuously refine our Managed Services delivery model to maximize the value customers derive from the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax or Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management.

• ERP/Procurement Expertise: Direct experience implementing or administering tools like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks.

• Customer Mastery: A proven ability to "push back" on requests when necessary while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Operational Excellence: Extreme attention to detail and a proactive mindset—you anticipate needs before the client does.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for leading client cadences and stakeholder workshops.

• Proactive Problem Solver: Comfortable "rolling up their sleeves" to build configurations while simultaneously managing high-level executive relationships.
