In this role, you will drive the development of a mission-critical deployment tool and hardware communication services for specialized operating systems. While being familiar with CI/CD pipelines, your primary focus will be on software development for mission-critical procedures, utilization of agentic AI and Typescript environments.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO AT STARK</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead Developer for our mission-critical preparation tool: Maintain and evolve the tool built in Typescript.</li> <li>Serve as the main technical point of contact and support lead for internal teams and customer requirements.</li> <li>Utilize Agentic AI: As an AI focused company we encourage our employees to leverage our state-of-art AI development infrastructure.</li> <li>CI/CD Pipeline Management: Work with our automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, packaging, and deploying GCS software components.</li> <li>Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot software solutions running on Linux-based systems, particularly Ubuntu.</li> <li>API &amp; Interface Integration: Develop and maintain APIs and software interfaces to integrate radios, networking equipment, hardware components, and external systems.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, network, systems engineering, and GCS integration teams to translate technical requirements into practical software solutions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MISSION</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional experience in software development, software integration, or a related technical field.</li> <li>Core Languages: Proficiency in Typescript or Python.</li> <li>Tooling &amp; Support: Proven track record in maintaining production-critical tools and providing tier-2/3 technical support.</li> <li>CI/CD Expertise: Practical experience with GitLab CI/CD, Git-based workflows, automated builds, testing pipelines, and software deployment processes.</li> <li>API Development: Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS interfaces, and network-based software services.</li> <li>Networking Fundamentals: Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, network protocols, authentication, and communication interfaces.</li> <li>Software Engineering: Solid understanding of software architecture, version control, dependency management, automated testing, and release management.</li> <li>Eligibility to obtain a German / NATO security clearance (EU / NATO citizenship required by national security regulations).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or similar ARM64 SBCs.</li> <li>Awareness of ROS 2 (colcon, ament, uXRCE-DDS).</li> <li>Experience with GCP (Artifact Registry, Cloud Build, GCE instances).</li> <li>Base knowledge of C++.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">If you're interested in building the future of European Defence with us, and you see yourself reflected on the description above, please send us your <strong>CV in English</strong>.
