If you are a high-impact professional eager to drive innovation in a fast-scaling environment, we invite you to join our mission and help us change the world.
As the Social Media Specialist at Andela, you will manage our social media presence across paid and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. You will develop and implement strategies that grow Andela’s brand, drive audience engagement, and generate demand. This role sits at the intersection of content, growth, and brand — requiring both a creative eye and a data-driven mindset. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with team members across the marketing organization.
As an Andelan, you’ll serve as a role model for the rest of the company — you do not need to manage people to be a leader at Andela! Think about the feedback your peers typically give you — if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.
Low ego, low drama: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.
Onedela mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.
Great listener, hungry for feedback: You’re always seeking to improve – our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.
Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.
Cultivator: You enrich, you push, you make others grow. It comes from the heart, because you care.
