About the role
SEO Customer Success Team Lead
Fully remote within the US
We're the all in one agentic marketing platform. AI native from day one. We're not joining a category, we're defining it.
We're looking for someone to lead our CSM team, run their own book of SEO clients, and build the AI systems that keep it all running. If you want real ownership, move fast, and raise the bar every week, keep reading. If "using AI" means asking ChatGPT to clean up your emails, this isn't the role for you.
What you'll own
Build AI systems that run the CSM operation without you. Dashboards, automations, alerts. This is make or break.
Lead and grow the CSM team. Coaching, performance reviews, training, and hiring people who know SEO.
Manage your own book of business. You're a player and a coach.
Be the SEO backbone of the team. Spot check client strategies and fix what's off.
Own retention and upsell. Handle escalations, run churn post mortems, and hit quarterly revenue targets.
Run the team on EOS. Set the ROCKs and make sure they get done.
What we're looking for
Proof you've built AI tools that work on their own. Dashboards, automations, agents. Be ready to show us.
3+ years of hands on SEO at an agency or enterprise level. Technical SEO, on page, link building, and content strategy. This is a hard requirement.
2+ years leading a customer success or client facing team.
Experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
Strong with HubSpot.
Familiar with Search Atlas or similar SEO platforms.
Background in SaaS or high growth tech.
Based in the US or Canada and able to work EST hours.
You'll thrive here if...
You'd rather build a system once than do the same task twice.
You follow algorithm updates closer than most people follow the news.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.
Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.
You communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear.
You have opinions and you're not afraid to bring them.
You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.
What working here actually looks like
High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new.
We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose.
We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
About LinkGraph
LinkGraph is the agency and services side of Search Atlas. We work with clients directly, hands on, to implement and scale the strategies our platform is built for. Same intensity. Same standards. Backed by the same AI native infrastructure.
About Search Atlas
We're the all in one agentic marketing platform, AI native from day one. Our tools help marketing teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and do more with less. We're defining a new category and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.
