You will also drive automation, improve data accuracy, and deliver predictive insights that support real-time and forward-looking transportation performance management across the business.
How you will achieve success:

- Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines
- Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on key KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend
- Provide fast, ad hoc decision support with clear focus on business drivers and actionable insights (24-hour SLA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts while contributing to scalable, high-impact analytics solutions
What experiences will help you in this role:

- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; able to write and optimize complex queries independently; Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
- Self directed problem solver who can take an ambiguous business question, scope it, pull the data, and deliver actionable insight with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting findings directly to US based leaders and stakeholders, has experience working across time zones with US teams.
- Bonus: exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
