About Us
Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.
We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.
Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.
At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team.

France is a key growth market for Perk, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Leader to take it to the next level. You’ll lead a team of 15–20 Sales Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, alongside 1–2 Team Leads or player-coaches, reporting to the Regional VP.
Your role will be to build a strong, repeatable sales approach for France, shaping the go-to-market plan, refining the ICP, improving pipeline conversion, and helping the team win consistently.
This is not just about executing an existing strategy. We’re looking for someone who knows the French market deeply and can help define how we grow and win there.
Lead and develop the France sales team, managing 15–20 Sales Executives plus Team Leads, with a clear focus on quota attainment, coaching, and career progression.
Own the France go-to-market plan, including ICP definition, market segmentation, and ongoing adjustments based on what is actually converting.
Build and improve multi-product sales playbooks, creating clear qualification frameworks and sales approaches across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
Own pipeline and forecasting, ensuring strong Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear accountability for the number.
Coach the team through complex deals, including multi-stakeholder buying processes involving finance, procurement and senior decision-makers.
Work closely with Marketing, SDR, Product and Customer Success to improve lead flow, positioning and handovers, and quickly address anything that is not working.
Drive continuous improvement quarter over quarter, using pipeline, performance and win/loss data to identify where we need to improve our coaching, processes or product feedback.
Shape how the team uses AI in the sales process, identifying useful tools for areas such as call intelligence, forecasting and coaching, and setting clear expectations around where human judgement and review are still needed.
You are a strong leader interested in building something phenomenal in France and cementing the market as a pillar at Perk.
Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, including leading and developing sales leaders, is essential.
Experience in Spend Management, Fintech, Payments, Expense Management, or Procurement technology can be a plus; experience selling to senior finance stakeholders is essential.
You are obsessed with the data and analytics of your team. You are fluent in analysing key performance metrics, drawing concise conclusions and, most importantly, taking action.
You know the French market and the French customer inside and out. You are the market expert and must be able to provide directional insights based on local knowledge and nuance.
Proven track record leading teams selling to mid-market organisations, managing complex buying cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Experience driving results in a multi-product sales environment, including upskilling teams to develop multi-product sales strategies.
You are a teacher in the art of selling. MEDDPICC knowledge is a plus, and you can demonstrate the ability to coach SEs through complex deals, improving win rates and accelerating sales cycles.
Deep understanding of identifying customer pain points, positioning value, and closing high-impact deals.
A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, ownership, and high performance, while supporting team growth and development.
Excellent English and French communication skills.
Curious, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement for both yourself and your team.

AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
