We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Amsterdam and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.
Seedtag is the leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising Company.
We are redefining how advertising works in a privacy-first world by moving beyond keywords and cookies, towards understanding human emotion, intent, and context.
Powered by advanced AI and neuroscience, our proprietary technology, Liz, delivers a deep, human-like understanding of content and attention. This enables brands to connect with audiences at the right moment, in the right mindset, with ads that are relevant, engaging, and respectful of the user experience.
Founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers, Seedtag has grown into a global company with 500+ Seedtaggers across 17 countries, backed by €250M in funding, and expanding rapidly across the open web and Connected TV.
We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will:
Represent Seedtag to build relationships and partnerships with agencies and direct customers for local campaigns.
Educating customers (advertisers & agencies) on product features and the benefits of Seedtag so they can apply our solutions to the challenges their customers face.
Generate excitement about our digital advertising platform, and increase our product sales through original solutions and proactive pitches to clients.
Develop a deep understanding of the agencies you are responsible for across all clients, verticals and internal agency teams - programmatic, planning, trading and buying.
Identify new business opportunities and new ways of working to achieve preferred partnership status within your agencies.
Achieve and overachieve your quarterly sales goals as set by your manager.
Accurately forecast and report your monthly sales/close sales commercial pipeline.
Have graduated with a degree or equivalent educational experience.
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales. Preferably within the advertising industry.
Have established connections within the market. Can demonstrate a good level of knowledge of the advertising media industry.
Fluent in Dutch and Business English level.
Have strong communication skills and are not afraid to take risks.
Are eager and curious to keep learning and have a growth mindset.
Want to join a team and be able to work independently and autonomously.
This is a defining moment to join Seedtag, a company that combines scale, ambition, and soul.
Growth & Opportunity: Accelerated, hands-on development with real ownership, global projects, and internal mobility.
