You have
- Ideally 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience or equivalent relevant experience where you've driven measurable pipeline and revenue in the UK market
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to drive new business acquisition (ARR), expand from the existing customer base (NRR), and elevate the brand presence within the UK.
- Worked and thrived in an international organisation, you know the strength that comes from diverse viewpoints and others experiences - and seek to learn from them
- A mindset geared towards innovation and creativity, with a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks to achieve breakthrough results.
- You’re confident with using AI and have examples of where you’ve experimented to improve processes and/or created content to drive results

- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams (Sales, SDR, CX, Global Marketing teams) without direct authority and operate with operating rigour.
- A working understanding of what it takes to scale across new logo and expansion, with comfort balancing high‑touch field activity with working within global scaled digital plays.
