Senior Product Marketing Manager

At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Our values Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.

Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving more than one million learners each year across a family of trusted education brands. Our Healthcare B2B business supports organizations and professionals across a growing portfolio of education products and solutions, including offerings under TRC. As we expand beyond pharmacy into a broader, multiprofessional healthcare audience, strong product marketing will help us bring a clearer, more connected story to market.

Come Build What’s Next

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how Colibri positions, launches, and grows its Healthcare B2B products and solutions. You’ll turn customer and market insight into compelling product stories, focused go-to-market plans, and practical tools that help our teams connect with the right buyers.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing. You’ll own positioning and messaging, competitive intelligence, launch readiness, and sales enablement across a growing portfolio. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other teams to move work forward and build alignment—without needing direct reporting authority.

We’re looking for a hands-on product marketer who understands complex B2B buying decisions, is comfortable asking thoughtful questions, and can bring people together to solve problems. You should enjoy shaping strategy, digging into research, pushing launches forward, and making technical or multifaceted solutions easy to understand.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Healthcare B2B product marketing approach, including priorities, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans across a growing product portfolio
• Build clear value propositions, buyer personas, segmentation, and customer journeys that reflect how healthcare organizations evaluate and purchase solutions
• Lead customer and competitive research, develop competitive frameworks, and turn market intelligence into useful recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Product
• Partner with Product Managers to bring customer needs and market opportunities into product planning and roadmap discussions
• Lead product launches from planning through market readiness, aligning narratives, messaging, customer-facing content, and cross-functional deliverables
• Equip Sales and go-to-market teams with practical resources, competitive insights, and consistent messages that help them tell the broader portfolio story
• Bring together Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Content partners to resolve challenges, align priorities, and keep initiatives moving
• Define and track meaningful measures of launch performance, customer adoption, engagement, and business impact; use insights to improve future plans

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software, with the judgment to operate at a senior level
• Current or recent ownership of core product marketing work, including go-to-market strategy, product launches, positioning, and messaging—not simply campaign support
• A demonstrated track record of bringing complex products, platforms, or product portfolios to market and translating customer needs into compelling value propositions
• Experience working directly with Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle, including building alignment without direct authority
• Strong customer and competitive research skills, including the ability to develop frameworks and communicate actionable market insights
• Clear, confident communication, strong interpersonal skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and comfort asking questions and driving decisions
• A data-informed mindset, with experience using performance metrics and customer feedback to evaluate impact and refine strategy

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with clinical healthcare audiences or solutions, such as pharmacy, nursing, behavioral health, healthcare organizations, or healthcare professionals
• Experience in continuing education, workforce development, or a multi-brand or portfolio business

Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use

Experience with every tool, platform, or methodology below is not required. We care most about how you turn research and market knowledge into effective positioning, launch decisions, and measurable outcomes.

• Go-to-market planning, product launch and readiness frameworks
• Customer research, buyer personas, segmentation, and journey mapping
• Competitive intelligence, battlecards, and positioning frameworks
• Product usage, adoption, engagement, and performance reporting
• Sales enablement, collaboration, and project management tools

Why You’ll Love Working Here

• Own meaningful product marketing work with visibility across our Healthcare B2B business
• Help shape the story behind a growing portfolio serving healthcare organizations and professionals
• Work directly with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success partners to solve challenging business problems
• Have room to bring ideas, build stronger processes, and influence how we go to market
• Join a growing team where future leadership paths may develop as business needs evolve
• Join a mission-driven organization where your expertise and judgment can have a visible impact

We Encourage You to Apply

You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay! We welcome experienced product marketers from B2B software, enterprise technology, education technology, workforce development, and related complex business environments. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.

This role does require hands-on product marketing experience, ownership of go-to-market and positioning work, and the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing. If your background has primarily focused on general brand marketing, digital campaigns, or product management without direct product marketing ownership, this may not be the right opportunity.

What You Can Expect From Our Hiring Process

We want our interview process to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Colibri while giving us the opportunity to understand your experience, how you approach your work, and what you’re looking for next. We do not use AI to review applications; applications are reviewed by a human member of our Talent Acquisition team. While the exact process may vary slightly by role, you can generally expect:

1. Recruiter Conversation

An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your experience, career goals, and interest in Colibri. We’ll also share more about the role, team, compensation, and what to expect throughout the process.

2. Hiring Manager Conversation

A deeper discussion with the hiring manager focused on your relevant experience, how you approach the work, and the priorities and challenges this person will own.

3. Team and/or Cross-Functional Interviews

Depending on the role, you may meet with future teammates, partners, or leaders you would work closely with. These conversations are designed to explore the skills most relevant to the position while giving you the opportunity to learn more about how the team works together.

4. Final Conversation and Decision

For some roles, there may be a final conversation with an additional leader or stakeholder. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you informed about next steps and timing throughout the process.

Application deadline: October 22nd, 2026

Our goal is to make the experience thoughtful, respectful, and transparent. We encourage you to ask questions throughout the process—we’re evaluating the opportunity together.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Colibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and career paths to apply.
