Senior Product Manager, Employer of Record

About RemotePass
RemotePass is a global employment, payroll, and spend platform that helps companies hire, pay, and support talent in 150+ countries. Recognised as one of G2’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Software Products, we’re on a mission to break down geographical barriers and create a world where exceptional talent can thrive anywhere.

From hiring and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and financial services, we give organisations everything they need to build high-performing global teams, and give workers worldwide access to opportunities that were once out of reach.

We’re backed by world-class investors including EBRD Venture Capital, 500 Global, Endeavor Catalyst, BECO Capital, Wamda Capital, 212 VC, Oraseya Capital, Khwarizmi Ventures, and Access Bridge Ventures.

About the Role
Employer of Record is the core of our business. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our EOR product end to end and make it the best in the market. You’ll sit in the Product & Operations team with a direct line to the CEO.

This role is about depth and craft, not a big title. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding, along with the internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.

We’re also moving our product organisation from delivery-led to discovery-led, and EOR leads that shift. The scope is real from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full EOR lifecycle. Quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, changes during employment, and offboarding. Know where it breaks today, and fix it.
• Set the roadmap. Decide what gets built and what doesn’t, and defend those calls.
• Lead discovery. Spend real time with customers, prospects, employees, and our operations teams, and set the standard for discovery-led product at RemotePass.
• Turn noise into direction. Distil CS escalations, ops pain, sales objections, prospect calls, and support tickets into a clear, prioritised view of what matters. Make your reasoning visible so the business knows where it stands.
• Go deep on countries. EOR runs on a mix of our own entities and in-country partners, each with its own rules. Turn employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific flows into product that works at scale.
• Build the machinery behind EOR. Own the internal platforms and AI agents behind EOR operations, including onboarding and contract automation, compliance checks, ops workflows, and support tooling, so operations can scale without adding headcount.
• Drive execution across time zones. Connect product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market, and work closely with Payroll where EOR and payroll meet. Drive outcomes without waiting for a room to walk into.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products such as onboarding, compliance, or operations platforms.
• A track record of shipping and scaling a product built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
• Strong discovery skills: you form your own view from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI, both as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Comfortable going deep into employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience at an EOR, PEO, or global payroll provider.
• Experience building internal tooling or automation for operations teams.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If

• You’d rather form your own view than work from a backlog handed to you.
• You like making calls in a fast, direct, low-process environment.
• You care as much about the machinery behind the product as the customer-facing surface.

Benefits

Why Join RemotePass?

• Own our core product line, end to end.
• Work directly with the CEO and have a real voice in shaping the product organisation.
• Equity grant on top of competitive compensation.
• Profitable, and still scaling fast. We reached profitability in 2025 and just raised a $17.4M Series B led by EBRD, with 500 Global joining. You get the pace of a scale-up with the stability of a business that works.
• Real global scale. We support 35,000+ workers in 150+ countries and have processed over $800M in cross-border payroll for companies like Logitech, Tata Group, and Careem.
• Big bets ahead. We’re expanding across Europe and the US, building financial products for distributed teams, and investing heavily in AI. There’s a lot to build, and room to grow with it.
• Remote-first, for real. We don’t just sell remote work, we live it. Work from anywhere.
• Inclusion matters. We value different perspectives and empower everyone to bring their authentic self to work.
