Senior People Architecture Specialist

Why Oviva?

At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone as we build Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes help people manage weight-related illnesses by focusing on what matters most: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.

Our journey is accelerating: In 2026, we secured €200 million in Series D funding led by Kinnevik and a group of leading global investors. This investment fuels our next phase of growth, allowing us to scale our AI-enabled chronic care platform across Europe and expand our support to even more people living with chronic conditions.

Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible!

About You:

• Experience: Several years managing HR operations, HR administration, or a comparable generalist role with your own area of responsibility.

• Employment Law & Compliance: Solid working knowledge of employment law and payroll-related compliance in at least one of our markets (Poland, Germany or Switzerland), with confidence to work with local advisers on others.

• Payroll & Benefits: Ensure smooth, accurate monthly payroll preparation across markets, working closely with Finance and external payroll providers. Own benefits and pensions administration, including provider management and invoicing.

• Family Leave Processing: Own family leave administration – statutory calculations, payroll notifications, documentation – and manage handover points to our People Experience team for the employee conversation.

• Audit & Compliance: Drive audit readiness and own monthly compliance routines (right to work, visas, HRIS data quality, onboarding compliance). Support audits and queries with local advisers where needed.

• Employee Support: Act as the senior point of contact for employees and managers on People policies and processes. Resolve escalations and complex queries independently.

• Self-Service & Efficiency: Maintain and optimize our People Portal and ticket-based support systems to strengthen employee self-service. Support automation and AI improvements.

• Coaching & Mentoring: Guide and support other People Architecture Specialists on complex cases and process questions.
