- Translates strategy, customer experience, insights, and available capabilities into channel plans and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Campaign Execution and Readiness
- Owns and coordinates execution end to end — ensures creative delivers on campaign objectives, the intended customer experience is executed effectively, and campaigns are launch-ready through seamless execution and proactive risk mitigation.
- Owns campaign performance management, optimizing results through real-time monitoring and adjustments during the campaign while evaluating post-campaign performance to identify learnings and inform future initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Communicates and influences effectively across all levels — translating campaign strategy and outcomes into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders and leadership, including status updates, escalation, and solution-oriented recommendations.
- Coordinates and communicates campaign readiness across all execution teams to ensure smooth delivery — with close attention to detail and strong working knowledge of all timelines and moving pieces.
- Partners and builds trusted relationships across Analytics, Finance, Operations, Creative, Credit, Events, Merchants, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Digital Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Media partners.
Qualifications
