About the role as Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager that will take ownership of a broad range of marketing initiatives across Kustom. This is a senior, individual contributor role. You should be as comfortable developing the strategy as doing the hands-on work needed to bring impactful work to life.

You will work both strategically and hands-on to turn ideas and priorities into compelling, high-impact marketing. You will collaborate across the business, develop joint initiatives with partners and lead cross-functional project teams.

In your first year, you will have established a repeatable approach to integrated go-to-market planning, led several high-priority launches or campaigns, strengthened Kustom’s merchant proposition and demonstrated measurable contribution to commercial growth.

Your initial responsibilities would include the following:

• Develop insight-led marketing strategies and business cases aligned with company objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns and product launches from planning through execution.
• Shape product narratives and compelling merchant propositions.
• Define target audiences, segmentation, customer journeys and channel plans.
• Develop joint initiatives with Sales, Product, Merchant Operations and strategic partners.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate in-house specialists, PR agencies and freelancers.
• Measure performance, using customer and market insights to improve results.

Your profile

We believe you have 6–8 years of broad marketing experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, fintech, payments, or another technology-driven industry, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. You have a strong track record of delivering impactful integrated campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives. You combine strong commercial and analytical skills with creative judgment, enabling you to turn insights into clear recommendations and guide creative, PR, and communications initiatives. You are highly self-driven, comfortable taking significant responsibility, and able to execute with speed and precision while working independently.

As a person, you thrive in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment where priorities shift and plans evolve quickly. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute, with a natural willingness to contribute wherever the team and business need you most. You enjoy working across disciplines, from product lifecycle and positioning to campaigns, partner marketing, and PR. You bring a hands-on mindset, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to take on challenges beyond your immediate responsibilities.
