- Monitor qualified-lead delivery against targets and forecasts, diagnose performance drivers, and determine where additional investment is most likely to generate efficient volume.
- Own monthly spend and volume inputs for the marketing forecast and make informed adjustments when performance or delivery changes during the month.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns directly, including audience strategy across prospecting, retargeting, customer lists, lookalikes, and first-party data.
- Design, launch, and analyze structured experiments across audiences, creative, bidding, placements, geographies, and landing destinations.

- Experience developing strategy for external media agencies, managing execution quality, and successfully transitioning agency-owned work in-house.
- Strong forecasting experience, including ownership of monthly spend and volume planning and the ability to make informed decisions when performance changes mid-month.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including comfort working with SQL and product analytics tools and independently interpreting channel and funnel performance data.
