• Oversee Incident & Change Governance. Direct major incident response, problem management, change governance, and operational readiness for mission-critical retail and enterprise services.

What You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in retail or large-scale enterprise environments, including hands-on expertise with SD-WAN, routing/switching, wireless, and network security platforms.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience managing global onshore and offshore engineering teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing organizations and drive accountability and innovation.
• Deep technical expertise across VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto, and multi-cloud networking (Azure, GCP, OCI), with hands-on IaC and AIOps platform experience.
• Proven financial acumen in managing large-scale CAPEX and OPEX budgets within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence strategy and align technology initiatives to business outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications: CCIP/CCNP/CCIE, Aruba, Palo Alto, Azure, GCP, OCI, or VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud).
