You’ll own the end-to-end programs that bring promising product ideas into long-term, scalable operations, improving launch speed, quality, and efficiency. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and language partners, you will help build the systems that keep localization in lockstep with Duolingo’s growth.

- Demonstrated experience crafting localization strategy and systems for new features and experiences, in collaboration with product, design, and engineering partners
- A track record of building and leading localization programs in a cross-functional consumer app environment
- Tech-savviness. You are proficient in managing and scaling workloads using technology, including AI, CMSs, and CAT tools
- Excellent communication skills; you influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders to drive decisions
- Comfort defining goals and metrics and translating insights into actionable engineering requirements and scalable workflow specifications
⭐ Exceptional candidates will have...
- Hands-on experience in localization quality frameworks and ecosystems
