You'll partner closely with leaders, HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to turn development needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
What You’ll Do
Own and elevate our core people frameworks (Performance Management, Coaching, and Mentoring) to maximize impact, strengthen accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.
Drive AI enablement across Learning & Development, actively integrating AI-powered tools and solutions to enhance learning experiences, improve efficiency, and scale development initiatives.
Build scalable leadership and manager development programs that strengthen core management capabilities.
Design engaging learning journeys, workshops and resources using a blend of formats and methods.
Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify capability gaps, prioritize learning needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Support coaching and mentoring initiatives that encourage growth, knowledge-sharing and continuous development.
Own program delivery end to end, from needs analysis and stakeholder alignment to rollout, communication and evaluation.
Use feedback, participation data and outcome measures to refine programs and demonstrate impact.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development or a related field.
Proven experience designing and implementing learning programs, ideally including leadership and manager development.
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and influence without formal authority.
