• Hands-on, day-to-day experience with AI coding assistants or agentic tools (e.g. Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), including writing effective prompts and specs and critically reviewing AI-generated code;
• Practical understanding of how AI agents connect to engineering tools through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, e.g. GitHub, Jira, Confluence, databases, and of the related risks such as prompt injection and over-permissioned access.

Considered as an Advantage

• Experience in building APIs using latest standards;
• Experience with SPA front-end apps;
• Experience with bigger codebases and refactoring, including AI-assisted modernization of legacy code;
• Creating agent skills, custom instructions or reusable workflows for AI coding tools;
• Building MCP servers or tool integrations in Java (e.g. MCP Java SDK, Spring AI);
• Integrating LLMs into Java services (e.g. Spring AI, LangChain4j, Amazon Bedrock, Claude API), including RAG, tool calling and guardrails;
• OpenSSL, mod_security, general security knowledge;
• Linux and devops skills with AWS, Ansible, Terraform, etc.;
• Previous experience in the payment industry.
