Senior Growth Manager, JAPAC

About the Role

At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. We’re reinventing Growth here. As a Senior Growth Manager, you’ll be part of a high-performing team from a variety of backgrounds across high growth tech startups, consulting, banking and marketing. What unites us? A shared drive to make a meaningful impact and solve tough problems.

In this role, you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s product suite. You’ll build highly scalable demand generation programs and work closely with the JAPAC leadership team to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of our most rapidly expanding regions.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Enterprise Marketing, or Revenue Marketing.

We’re also open to experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. Candidates may also come from a background as the first marketer at a startup or from an adjacent technical role, such as BizOps or Strategy, with experience building programs from zero to one.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in Sydney five days a week.

What You'll Do

• Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Own the outbound pipeline engine for JAPAC. You identify what's working, double down on it, and scale it relentlessly. You'll develop and execute outreach strategies across the region, working closely with sales leadership to ensure every program is tied directly to revenue impact. This isn't a test-and-forget role; you'll be expected to turn winning plays into repeatable, scalable systems.
• Experimentation: This is where you'll leave your mark. You won't wait to be handed a playbook - you'll write it. That means expanding our AI-SDR program, scaling existing signal mining workflows, and stress-testing new outbound channels before anyone else does. You'll move fast, kill what doesn't work, and institutionalize what does. If you're not excited by the idea of building something that didn't exist six months ago, this isn't the role for you.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Design and own the systems that make great campaigns run without breaking. You'll build repeatable, automated frameworks that let the team execute at scale. All the while never sacrificing precision.
• Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization: You plan it, you build it, you ship it, you improve it. Manage campaigns across their full lifecycle, from initial brief through to performance analysis, with a bias for action and an eye for detail that catches problems before they cost us. You don’t just report metrics, you act on them.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting; high growth startup experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis; knowledge of SQL and Google Sheets or Excel preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
