Senior Graphic Designer

At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 countries.

How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. Our Focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll turn marketing and content materials into visual assets that drive lead generation, from social and blog banners to eBooks and consideration assets, to full trade show experiences.

This is what you'll do

You'll own the visual side of our marketing and lead generation efforts, working closely with the marketing team and our consultants. You'll raise the creative bar across all visual assets, whether that's a banner ad, an e-book, or a trade show booth. We'll measure your impact by the quality of what you ship and the wow factor it brings.

• Design a high volume of marketing assets across the funnel: paid and organic social, display and paid search ads, email templates, landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement collateral.

• Design long-form content: e-books, white papers, reports, and webinar/event assets.

• Design and illustrate cohesive campaign assets across every touchpoint, so a single creative concept carries through consistently from ad to landing page to email.

• Collaborate with the UX/UI team on marketing-driven web needs: campaign landing page visuals and promotional assets for marketing-owned pages.

• Maintain and evolve the design system: reusable components, templates, and icon libraries so other teams can self-serve on-brand assets.

• Support event and trade show materials: booth graphics, signage, printed collateral.

• Support light motion graphics or video editing for social and ads.

This is what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in design studies or related fields.

• 5+ years as a graphic designer, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or scale-up settings.

• Visually creative, able to turn marketing briefs into strong assets.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.

• Video shoot production and editing experience.

• Collaborative, can-do team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
