We’re hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Fleetio, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and build something that truly matters. This role is all about connecting marketing to revenue, customers, and moments in the field.

You’ll partner closely with sales, bring creative ideas to life, and help us show up in ways that feel human, helpful, and memorable. If you love turning strategy into action and want to help shape what field marketing looks like here we’d love to meet you.

This is a chance to help build something from the ground up, not just run someone else’s playbook. You’ll have the space to experiment, the support to make things happen, and a team that genuinely cares about doing great work together.

At Fleetio, we believe the best ideas are simple, useful, and rooted in real customer needs. If that sounds like your kind of environment, you’ll fit right in.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has been in B2B SaaS long enough to know how things actually get done, but you’re still hungry to build and improve. You’re just as comfortable mapping out a territory plan as you are running an event or jumping into Salesforce to check pipeline.

You don’t think of field marketing as “events”; you think of it as creating meaningful touchpoints that move customers forward. You build strong relationships with sales because you genuinely care about their success (and they trust you because you deliver).

You’re organized but not rigid, creative but grounded in data, and you’re excited by the idea of building something from scratch, with a team that values collaboration, ownership, and doing things the right way.

Your impact

• You become the go-to partner for sales, someone they trust, rely on, and want in every planning conversation
• You create thoughtful, high-quality experiences (events, dinners, customer moments) that feel personal
• You help turn big ideas into simple, repeatable programs that drive real pipeline
• You bring focus and clarity to territory marketing, aligning efforts to the accounts and regions that matter most
• You use Salesforce and data to connect the dots between marketing activities and revenue impact
• You help us show up in the market in a way that feels authentic, helpful, and distinctly Fleetio
• You test, learn, and improve, building a field marketing motion that gets better every quarter
• You find creative ways to break through the noise without overcomplicating things
• You help us build stronger relationships with customers and prospects, not just leads, but real people

Your experience

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a strong field or demand gen focus
• A track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue
• Experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based programs
• Comfort working in Salesforce and using data to guide decisions
• Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact
• A mindset that balances creativity with practicality (you know what’s worth doing—and what’s not)
• Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales

Benefits

• Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family)
• Vision insurance
• Incentive stock options
• 401(k) match of 4%
• PTO - 4 weeks (increases at year two!)
• 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays
• Parental leave - birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid)
• FSA & HSA options
• Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid)
• Community service funds
• Professional development funds
• Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly
• Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly
• Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend
• Fully stocked kitchen with tons of drinks & snacks (BHM only)
• Remote working friendly since 2012 #LI-Remote
