ASOS is one of the UK's top fashion and beauty destinations, expanding globally at a rapid pace. Our values are to be authentic, brave and creative, and we live and breathe these in everything we do. The ASOS Merchandising team ensure that we have the right products, at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantities. - Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external brand contacts
- Driving stock optimisation across your department to maximise availability and minimise risk
- Owning WSSI management and contributing to departmental trade plans
- Preparing analysis and recommendations for weekly trade meetings with senior stakeholders
- Reviewing performance against KPIs and implementing actions to improve results
- Coaching and supporting Merchandising Administrators and Assistant Merchandisers in their development
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes, reporting and ways of working
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office.
