Senior Account Executive UKI

Help make the world more hospitable

The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.

You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.

If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.

About the role

Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

As a Senior Sales Manager at Mews, you will own a territory—and own it at scale. You have 3+ years of proven quota attainment, and you've demonstrated ambition to grow and take on increasingly complex challenges. You will close larger deals, build scalable playbooks, and serve as an ambassador for sales excellence across the team.

Mews powers 15,000+ properties across 85 countries. In 2025, we processed nearly $20 billion in transactions. In 2026, we raised $300 million in Series D funding at a $2.5 billion valuation. We are approaching IPO. The market is global, the product is unmatched, and the territories are genuinely winnable at scale. The question is whether you are the person to own a territory and lift the entire team's standard.

What you would do

Full ownership of a territory with quota targets, closing deals (€5,000+)

Strategic territory growth planning: building 2-3 year plans, not just quarterly targets

Working with Multi-stakeholder deals

A pipeline built from outbound prospecting, with strategic account planning and targeted expansion

Mentoring and coaching of Sales Managers—not just your own discipline, but their development

Thought partnership with commercial leadership on scaling motions, team development, and market strategy

Representation of the sales team across cross-functional initiatives

Use AI to redesign how your territory and team work, not just how you personally work.
