Job Description
At Motorola Solutions, everything starts with our people. We empower each Motorolan to bring their authentic self to work, innovate what's next, and pursue their potential in a people-first culture.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead new business growth for Motorola Solutions' Mobile Video portfolio across the International region. First and foremost, this is an active sales and business development role: you will directly engage net-new enterprise accounts—with a focus on retail and key enterprise verticals—building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to convert leads into closed revenue.
Equally critical is your mastery of indirect commercial mechanics. You will oversee total Mobile Video revenue delivered through our International Channel Partner Network (including PCR and VS&A), ensuring indirect sales channels are fully leveraged to maximize market penetration. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
Net-New Enterprise Acquisition
- Serve as the front-line sales leader responsible for opening and developing net-new mid-to-large enterprise accounts across retail and priority enterprise verticals
- Engage key decision-makers and C-level executives in customer organizations to convert qualified leads into closed revenue
- Conduct joint sales calls and executive presentations with resellers and distributors to drive end-user demand
Channel Ecosystem Leadership
- Oversee total Mobile Video revenue delivered through PCR and VS&A channel partner networks across the International region
- Drive high channel engagement, clear partner alignment, and seamless go-to-market execution
- Represent Motorola Solutions at key industry events, trade conferences, and executive partner meetings
Strategic Account Management & Operations
- Develop and execute overarching account strategies for key accounts, aligning with the Expansion Technology Team for day-to-day engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with presales engineers, product management, marketing, sales operations, order management, and channel teams
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to achieve sales targets
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or sales
- Solid experience in enterprise sales, business development, or channel management
Job Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Mobile Video Portfolio to present, demonstrate, and position enterprise video security solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- International Market Dynamics to navigate multi-region sales, cross-border commercial frameworks, and enterprise procurement processes
- English Language Command to deliver executive-level presentations, write sales strategies, and lead regional business discussions
Professional Experience
- Net-New Account Acquisition to identify, engage, and close new mid-to-large enterprise business across target verticals like retail
- Indirect Channel Management to partner with PCR and VS&A distributor and reseller networks to maximize revenue growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration to partner seamlessly with presales engineers, product teams, marketing, and sales operations
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting to maintain robust sales opportunity pipelines and deliver reliable business forecasts
