• Partner closely with Sales on account strategy and opportunity progression

• Maintain clean, accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce

• Consistently meet and exceed pipeline generation and closed won sales targets

Experience You’ll Bring

• 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments

• Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)

• Demonstrated success in breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese & Spanish (native/fluent) and English (business level)

• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers (Director/VP level and above)

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales preferred

• Ability to understand business problems and translate technology into value

• Highly driven, self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong accountability

What “Great” Looks Like

• You consistently open doors in accounts that were previously untouched

• You engage senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility

• Your opportunities are qualified, relevant, and convert into real pipeline

• You operate with urgency, persistence, and a strong results mindset
